Shipping charges
At ElectricChastity.com, standard shipping is free for orders of US$79 or more. For orders below US$79, the standard shipping charge is US$9.99. Check destination availability and the shipping amount shown before submitting an order. If anything is unclear, email contact@electricchastity.com before ordering.
Order preparation and timing
In-stock orders normally take 2–4 working days to prepare for dispatch. Personalized orders, when offered and accepted, usually need 10 working days. These are processing estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
When a stock shortage requires warehouse fulfilment, allow a 7–14 working-day fulfilment window. Contact us for the dispatch and delivery estimate relevant to your particular order. Timing depends on stock, the chosen item, destination and carrier.
Plain packaging
Orders are packed discreetly, without product branding on the outside. Delivery labels and any legally required customs information may still appear on the parcel.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your address carefully. Ask for corrections promptly; changes are not guaranteed after dispatch. For a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, send your order number and tracking details to contact@electricchastity.com. Retain packaging and photographs where available so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
